Huigong (Hebei) Machinery Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Huigong Machinery) was established in 2001 and is located in the industrial zone of Julu County, Hebei Province. It covers an area of 130,000 square meters and a building area of 80,000 square meters. It has fixed assets of more than 300 million yuan, an annual output value of more than 500 million yuan, more than 300 employees at the headquarters and more than 100 overseas employees. For 20 years, Huigong Machinery has been committed to the research and development, production, sales and maintenance services of key parts such as large-scale heavy-duty mining dump trucks, excavators, and engineering machinery gearboxes, and has accumulated valuable experience.

We have set up branches in Mongolia, Serbia, the United Arab Emirates, the Democratic Republic of the Congo and other countries and regions toundertake the vehicle maintenance and repairbusiness of major mining trucks and provide a fullrange of maintenance services to mining customers.

In 2003, Huigong Group became the only
company in China to produce mining truck
parts. We started with 154-ton and 172-ton
mining truck parts manufacturing. Our parts
were first deployed in the Nanfen Iron Mine of
Benxi Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.

XDLE Lithium Battery Technology Co., Ltd. focuses on the research and development and manufacturing of batteries and energy storage solutions. We are one of the top 20 lithium-ion battery manufacturers in China's energy storage industry. Since its establish ment, we have always focused on research and development and innovation, and have a professional R&D team with core technology intellectual property rights. The main products focus on application scenarios such as grid-level energy storage, commercial and industrial energy storage. The company produces 24.5GWh of high-performance LFP square lithium-ion batteries annually. The total investment of the project is 5.4 billion yuan. The first phase of 1GWh/year production capacity has been completed in 2020, and the second phase of 4.5GWh/year production capacity has been completed in early 2024. The third phase will add 8GWh/year and 12GWh/year production capacity. After the project is fully put into production, it will form an annual output of 24 million cubic lithium-ion batteries, 15 million battery modules, and an annual output value of 16.8 billion yuan. The company is committed to being customer-centric and providing safe, efficient, clean and sustainable green energy solutions to the world.
2022-2024
In the second phase, we buit a 5GWh
Lithium-ioncell factoryin the beginning
of 2020.In the third phase, 8GWh and
12GWh plants willbe built in Xingtai,
which are expected to beoperational.

In the third phase, 8GWh and 12GWh plants will be built in Xingtai,which are expected to be operational in 2025.It is under construction at the moment. After
it is finished. we will be 25GWh annual capacity.
